Skincare really matters.

Looking after your skin properly is essential if you want it to stay healthy, hydrated and youthful. If your skin is sensitive or very dry, you can use the entire Ph.Doctor range. All our products have been tested on people with dry, sensitive and atopy-prone skin. If you have allergic or atopic skin, we strongly recommend doing a patch test before your first use.

For everyday cleansing, your best choice is the Gentle facial cleansing emulsion by Ph.Doctor. If you have atopic dermatitis, it's better to opt for cleansers containing emollients, which are formulated specifically for that skin type.

Every morning, all year round, don't skip your SPF 50+ sun cream, which shields your skin from the sun's rays and is absolutely essential for sensitive skin.

You can also apply the Firming serum for the upper and lower eyelids by Ph.Doctor to both the upper and lower eyelids, but only to undamaged areas. If you're dealing with active atopic dermatitis or eczema on your eyelids, see your doctor rather than trying to sort it out yourself.

Don't overlook your hands, either — reach for the Rejuvenating hand cream with vitamin C by Ph.Doctor, because hands age faster than any other part of the body.

Lactic acid 12% Face and body peeling should be used just once a week to begin with, gradually building up how long you leave it on — never beyond 15 minutes — and always rinsing thoroughly afterwards. Apply the peeling to cleansed, dry skin, leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse off. Repeat once or twice a week. For the body, follow the same approach: apply to cleansed, dry skin, leave on for no more than 15 minutes and rinse off. On the body you can use it two to three times a week.
